We rely on regional products

Meat and sausage specialties come from the family business “Rinner”, a local butcher’s shop in Graz.

Pork: Vulkanlandschwein (family farms within a maximum radius of 40 kilometers supply the Fleischhof Raabtal in the heart of the Styrian volcanic region with the Vulkanlandschwein).

Beef: Exclusively from Weiz (40% from the Rinner family, the Pirchheim family, from Eidexberg in Weiz and the remaining 60% from the slaughterhouse in Weiz).

Meat in general: Born in Styria, fattened, slaughtered and processed in the respective regions!

Bread and pastries are sourced from the Austrian family business “Haubis”.

Many products have the BIO certificate. Signs at the breakfast buffet inform our guests about this.

The flour comes 100% from Austria and the products are free from genetic engineering. In addition, regionality is used wherever possible.

Our breakfast buffet differs from many other buffets in that it is lovingly and personally prepared. You will find many homemade creations! You will also find a large selection of vegetarian and vegan alternatives. You are welcome to let us know your preferences in advance.

Breakfast times:
Monday to Friday from 6:30am – 10:00am

Saturdays from 7:00am -10:00am

Sundays from 7:30am – 10:30am.

Price:
Enjoy our breakfast buffet for € 21.00 per person, beverages included. Help yourself and order to your heart’s content with no extra charges!

Reduced prices for children (according to age)

Reservation:
Reservations are not required – however, for groups of four or more, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.

Depending on the size of your group and availability, we are happy to offer the option of enjoying breakfast in a private room.
