Delightful terrace experience
Our charming breakfast terrace, nestled in a green inner courtyard among blooming roses, offers a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. It’s open year‑round and remains a guest favorite .
What sets our breakfast buffet apart is the warm, personal touch with which everything is prepared. Many of our specialties are homemade, lovingly arranged, and thoughtfully presented.

Styrian sausage specialties
Our cold cuts and meat products come from Fleischerei Rinner, a traditional butcher that values regional sourcing and top quality.

Pork: From “Vulkanlandschwein” pigs raised by small family farms near the Raabtal meat center in the heart of the Styrian Vulkanland.

Beef: 40% directly from the Rinner and Pirchheim families in Weiz, 60% from the Weiz regional slaughterhouse.

Traceability: All animals are born, raised, slaughtered, and processed within Styria.
fresh bread & pastries
We source our bread and pastries from Haubis, an Austrian family-run bakery known for artisan quality, top ingredients, and responsible production.
Many of the products are certified organic, GMO-free, and baked using 100% Austrian flour.
Clear signage at the breakfast buffet provides information about origin and quality.
