1 pc lemon (freshly squeezed juice)
2 pcs vanilla beans
1 pc cinnamon stick
7 pcs cloves
1 pc. orange zest (untreated)
1 pc lemon zest (untreated)
750 ml red wine
200 ml rum
0.5 l orange juice (freshly squeezed)
0,5 l black tea
5 tablespoons brown sugar
100 g marzipan
20 g dark chocolate


1. Caramelise brown sugar slightly, add tea, orange and lemon juice and wine.
2. Add zest, cloves, cinnamon stick. Scrape out the vanilla beans, add the pulp and beans, cut the chocolate and marzipan and add them.
3. heat slowly, boil for 10 – 15 min.
4. strain, fill into cup, add 2 cl rum – ready!
