Our junior boss has been in and out of the hotel since his childhood. His principal concern is our guests. His motto is, at all times, „Taking the extra step“ – only the best is good enough for our guests.
“Behind the scenes” Mrs. Gerlach is not only the assistant to the management but mainly responsible for human resources and accounting. She shows her creativity in the design of the social media presence as well as the website.
The soul in our apartment part is our beloved Claudia. In addition to cleaning the guest rooms, she takes care of the roof terrace every day, so that our guests find it in perfect condition.
Ms. Johansen is our multi-talent – you can meet her at different times in the Hotel Gollner – in any case always smiling! The native Norwegian inspires especially our guests from the north.
Mr. Kolotnitskyi strengthens our team at night and when he comes home from his duty in the morning, he first takes a walk with his beagel!
Mr. Kovacevic convinces our guests with his friendly “Salzburger” dialect and his calm and courteous manner. He always has a smile ready for our guests and is happy to make their stay even more enjoyable.
Miss Kovacevic is a very dedicated and pleasant young lady and loves to work in hospitality. She is fluent in multiply languages like German, English and Croatian.
Our faithful Labrador lady Luna is probably the favorite of our guests. And we can tell you – Luna loves to go to work! She looks forward every day to observe the exciting hotel everyday life and of course to pick up a few strokes.
Thanks to Mrs. Meiners, our guests have a large selection of information material at their disposal in our house. In addition, you will be greeted by her friendly German charm at the reception even late at night.
“The pearl of our house” – Mrs. Müller leads our dedicated housekeeping team and makes sure that all wishes of our guests are fulfilled. In addition, she loves and maintains the hotel terraces and supports with content on our social media channels.
Our all-rounder is Dorina, who takes over some special tasks in the hotel with a lot of common sense and has found her place in the breakfast service as well as in housekeeping. In the summer she assists with rose and garden maintenance.
After more than 40 wonderful years with us at Hotel Gollner, Mr. Kossek is in well-deserved retirement!
