1. General Information

  • By checking in, you accept these house rules as part of your accommodation agreement.
  • They apply to all guests and visitors of the hotel.

2. Respectful Behavior

  • Please treat other guests, our staff, and hotel property with respect.
  • Verbal or physical violence, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel.
  • Criminal acts (e.g. theft or property damage) will be reported to the authorities.

3. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in all indoor areas and on the terrace.
  • Please avoid any noise disturbance during this period.

4. Use of Facilities

  • The fitness room and sauna are reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
  • Ironing is permitted only in our laundry area and after prior registration.
  • Washing clothes in the bathroom or hanging laundry in the rooms is not allowed.
  • Please follow the instructions displayed in the elevators.

5. Parking Garage

  • A paid underground car park is available for our guests (please register at reception).
  • Parking spaces are subject to availability and the entrance height is limited.

6. Breakfast Buffet

  • Our generous breakfast buffet is available in the breakfast room during the posted hours.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding that food and drinks are to be consumed in the breakfast area only and may not be taken away.

7. Damages & Cleaning

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to furniture, walls, or other hotel property. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  • Severe stains or soiling may also incur cleaning fees.
  • Please report any damages or defects to the reception – we will gladly assist you.

8. Protection of Minors

  • Minors under 18 years of age cannot stay at the hotel without parents or written parental consent (for ages 14–17).
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited under the age of 16; spirits (e.g. schnapps, liqueurs) are only permitted from the age of 18, according to Styrian youth protection law.

9. Visitors

  • Visitors are welcome but must be registered at the reception.
  • Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

10. House Rights

  • The hotel management reserves the right to deny accommodation or issue a house ban to guests who repeatedly or seriously violate these house rules.
  • In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of already paid services.

11. Safety & Fire Protection

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel, including all guest rooms.
Our rooms are equipped with highly sensitive smoke detectors for your safety. Every alarm – whether triggered accidentally or intentionally – is automatically reported to the fire department.

In the event of a false alarm, all related response and follow-up costs (approx. € 700.00) will be charged to the person responsible.
Please note that candles, e-cigarettes, and other vapor-producing items are also not allowed in the rooms.

Ensure proper ventilation while showering, as steam may activate the detectors.
Please also keep all escape routes clear at all times.

If the non-smoking policy is violated, a special cleaning fee and any resulting costs may be charge

12. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Video surveillance is used in certain public areas for the safety of guests and staff.

13. Social Media & Photography

Photo and video recordings in public areas of the hotel are permitted for private use only. Any public distribution (e.g. via social networks, blogs, or commercial platforms) requires prior approval from hotel management. This policy protects the privacy of our guests and employees. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to take legal action or issue a house ban.

14. Pets

Dogs are welcome; other pets only upon prior approval from the management. Please observe the following rules for a pleasant stay for everyone:

  • Pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash.
  • A daily fee of €18 applies for dogs.
  • Pets are not allowed in the sauna area. Access to the breakfast room is possible upon request at reception.
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply.
  • Damages or heavy soiling will be billed to the guest and amount to a minimum of €150.

15. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Events

In the event of force majeure – such as natural disasters, government-ordered lockdowns, bomb threats, power outages, or other unforeseen security situations – we reserve the right to restrict, interrupt, or evacuate hotel operations temporarily. The safety of our guests and employees always comes first. In such cases, no claims for compensation or refunds can be made if the disruptions are beyond our control.
