The Hotel Gollner has been owned and run by the same family for generations. In 1961 the hotel underwent a total renovation under the management of Marliese Gollner. Having, till then, been known as the Hotel „zum Schimmel“ (Gray – Horse), from now on it was known as the „Hotel Gollner“. The horse on the gable survived; to this day it recalls the original name .
When Marliese Gollner married in the same year, 1961, the family name changed to Gerlach, tradition demanded, however, that the name of the hotel remain unchanged. In 1998, her daughter, Christina, took over the management; meanwhile, her two sons now also help in the business.
In the beginning was neither the chicken nor the egg, but the horse. The site was a stables for coaches and horses at the end of the 19th century; the Gollner family expanded with a wine-cellar and a restaurant – the start of our gastronomic activity.
Over 700,000 gourmet breakfast served.
Lovingly and individually decorated rooms
Generations of the Gollner family have run the business since its founding.
Every year we welcome participants for seminars and functions.
Egal ob für Firmenraten, besondere Wünsche und Anliegen, Zimmerbesichtigungen bzw. Site Inspections – wir stehen Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung und freuen uns auf Ihre Kontaktaufnahme!
